A Technical Apocalypse

With nary a thought of her own,

She opened Google on her phone.

Birds chirped, a cool wind breeze

But she took no notice

Hear all, hear all

It is a technical apocalypse. (1)

“Mirror, mirror on the wall

But you are not even on the wall”

he thus said while taking his first selfie

as men-women passed, all of them techies.

Hear all, hear all

This is a short world of fall. (2)

Prince of Persia?

Counter strike and Mini Militia?

The old man shook his head in dismay

Whatever happened to good ol’ football days?

The world is changing, smart-era is dawning,

Hear all, hear all

It is a technical apocalypse. (3)

But let us take a moment

To reminisce and see how it’s important.

Changing billions of life everyday,

Redefining dreams in every way

It is a technical apocalypse,

Or is it a technical apocalypse? (4)
